My kids will be starting primary school soon.
Are there good public schools for international families in Bremerhaven?
1 Answer
Bremerhaven provides a range of public primary schools that follow the state curriculum and offer support for non‑German‑speaking students. Many schools have language integration classes and extracurricular activities to help newcomers adapt. Information about school catchment areas, enrollment procedures and language support can be found on the city’s education department website. It is advisable to contact the local school authority early to confirm placement options and any required documentation for international families.
