My child is 8 and I need to know about language support and curriculum.
What are the primary schools like in Wernigerode for expatriate children?
1 Answer
The primary schools in Wernigerode follow the Saxony‑Anhalt curriculum and offer German language support classes for non‑native speakers. Most schools have small class sizes, fostering individual attention. They provide extracurricular activities such as music, sports, and art. Parents can visit the school district website to review school performance data, language programmes, and enrollment procedures.
A starting point only — it may be incomplete or out of date. Check official sources for anything important, and add your own answer if you know Wernigerode.
