How much should healthcare affect where you live?

I never used to think much about healthcare when comparing cities, but now I’m starting to wonder if it should be one of the bigger factors. If two cities were similar in cost and lifestyle but one had much better access to hospitals and specialists, would that influence your decision?

I think it matters more than I used to think. If everything else between two cities was pretty similar, I’d probably choose the one with better access to hospitals and specialists. You might not need those services every day, but when you do need them, having them nearby can make a huge difference. If the two cities were similar in pretty much every other way, I’d probably go with the one that has better healthcare access. It wouldn’t be the only thing I’d base the decision on, but I wouldn’t ignore it either.
