My kids are 6 and 9, and we’re looking for good primary schools.
What are the public school options for my children in Erlangen?
1 Answer
Erlangen offers a network of public elementary schools that serve the entire city, with most located near residential districts. Schools typically follow the Bavarian curriculum and provide extracurricular activities such as sports and arts. Enrollment is based on the child’s address, and families can request a school placement through the city’s education office. For detailed school lists and performance metrics, consult the municipal education portal, which provides school profiles, contact information, and enrollment procedures.
